Size/color mismatch (non-personalized) ✅ Yes (Exchange or refund)
Changed mind after order ❌ No (Unless product unused within 7 days)
Personalized/customized gifts ❌ No (Unless damaged or wrong)
Soft toys with removed tags ❌ No
2. Return Timeframe
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging and tags (for toys).
3. How to Return an Item
Step 1: Email us at support@shivamgifts.com with:
Order ID
Product name
Clear photo/video of damage or wrong item
Step 2: Our team will approve or reject within 2 business days.
Step 3: If approved, you will receive return address and instructions.
Step 4: Ship the product back (return shipping cost may apply if not our fault).
Step 5: After quality check, refund or replacement is processed.
4. Refund Process
Refund is initiated within 5–7 business days after we receive the product.
Money goes back to original payment method (credit card, UPI, bank, etc.)
For COD orders: Refund will be sent via bank transfer (share account details).

Personalized gifts (mugs, photo frames, name keychains, etc.)
Opened or used soft toys
Sale items / discounted products (unless damaged)
Gift cards
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing.
After dispatch, no cancellation possible.
